The staff was very unpleasant. The building was rundown. Being a Hilton honors member, I stay often at these hotels. This was by far the worst I have visited.

The hotel is outdated. It is by far most run down Embassy Suites I've stayed and I am a HH member so I have stayed in numerous ES

Worst stay for me ever, Had to be switched to 2 different rooms due to No heat In rooms, Left 1 hr later So disappointed
