Embassy Suites Kansas City - Overland Park

Great hotel! Loved the breakfast

Staff was friendly. And you can't beat free drinks for happy hour every night!

Beautiful and clean

The bartender told me this is THE original Embassy Suites. I believe it. The room was a one bedroom suite, but the bedroom was a diagonally laid out little square of a room. There was no outlet whatsoever on the left side of the bed. Fortunately, the odd little triangular wooden pedestals specially designed for the odd layout of the room are movable so I was able to use my socket expander to run both my CPAP and my multi-port charger the cord for which was just enough to run behind my pillow to the center of the head of the bed so my wife and I could both awake to fully charged iPhones running our morning alarms. Breakfast, unlike any other Hilton-branded property I can think of was omelets ONLY, so if you're a hard-boiled or scrambled person, you won't be finding that here. Otherwise, it's a pretty run-of-the-mill Embassy Suites experience.

cI always enjoy my stay at the Embassy Suites, however the bathroom at this location doesn't have towel storage for wet towels.

We were told that we have access to free wifi and front desk provided a password but that didn't work. Besides that everything was good, overall ok experience.

A little loud from kids staying. But that's not the hotels fault. The elevators however are not big enough for a hotel that size. It passed us 6 times before we gave up and used the stairs

Deals and promos keep us coming back. Love happy hour and breakfast too
