It didn't look anything like the pictures online and I thought it was pretty dirty. The security guard tried to follow me to my room.

The staff never told us the bus required a pass despite is asking for details regarding the bus. When we entered our room, nothing was plugged in. There were also trash in the room, including a used band-aid on the dresser.
