for a non smoking hotel, it smelled like smoke terribly

I'm not impressed. The linens were dirty. My beds were made but my trash wasn't emptied. I went to the front desk to ask a question and the lady was obviously on a personal phone call. While talking, she began to cry and when she hung up she didn't even acknowledge seeing me and turned around and left without saying a word to me. The "free" breakfast is minimal. The place is generally unclean.
