Car was in poor condition. Dents and sings. Did not drive well and it was my only option when I arrived in Charlotte at 10 am.

Car was not available at my arrival at 10 am. Waited 20 minutes for car. Vehicle condition was poor. It had many scratches and dents on the outside. Car drives poorly as well.
