Good staff

good location for visiting family

love the cookies. work in texas now, but went to high school across the street from here, so much nostalgia.

Hotel behind on checking us in by over an hour. They then said we could not checkout late. They refused until we brought that up and then they let us. Overall good experience.

Very nice touch of fresh cookies when checking in! Also nice to get a room on Hilton Honors floor but not sure what the difference was between that and other floors??? Pool area is a good size but really needs to be upgraded to bigger for the size of hotel! My kids did not even want to swim because so crowded.
