staff was alright, many simple things were hard to come by, like eating utensils... overall a nice place to stay, close to groceries and dining

It was good, there was just too many people and I was looking for more of a relaxing trip and I did not get that because of the amount of people. I also think the breakfast could be better, but it was good compared to other hotels. The room service staff were very unpleasant and the food was horrible and the price was way too much for the amount & quality of food that we got.

Front staff was incredible, but facilities including bathroom were very dirty.

The shower was clogged, breakfast was extremely slow. Just to get pancakes we had to wait in the omelet line. Internet rarely worked. Wouldn't stay here again.
