Hotel was very nice. Complimentary breakfast was really good. Staff was extremely friendly. Bathrooms were a little outdated.

The pull out couch that I was on was wildly uncomfortable but the hotel was nice

Old hotel

I did not enjoy staying at this hotel. My first room had a broken AC and lamps that didn't work. We called to ask to switch rooms and were switched to another room. We were then accused of breaking a window. Our next room was fine but we found napkins behind the nightstand and the maids were lazy. Room service was ridiculously expensive and the service was horrible. We called the concierge to see if we could make a complaint and he told us that we would be able to speak to a manager and he would change our bill. Neither of those things happened. Hotel is VERY old, and in need of renovating. Bathrooms are way too small! Would not recommend this hotel. All around bad experience.
