One of the worst hotel experiences of my 39 years. Had to be in town for my grandpa's funeral unexpectedly, so we booked a hotel close to my sister's home. Booked on Expedia and was represented as a three and a half star hotel. Upon arrival, all we could smell was cigarette smoke, to which I am quite allergic and the establishment advertised that the ONLY place designated to smoke was in their bar. They just failed to mention that their bar was in the lobby. Then we got to the room to find TWO FULL SIZES for FOUR PEOPLE! The beds were hard and uncomfortable and if you attempted to sit on the end of one, the other end popped up into the air. It was very difficult to sleep because of the squeaky bed every time someone moved or turned over!! The carpet was disgusting to the extent we had to wear our shoes the WHOLE time while in and outside the room. The pool/hot tub was in good condition, as was the gym.

The serves for the event I was at did not once come ask my table if we needed refills. We had to go get the refill pitcher ourselves and fill our cups. The food was not good.

Didn't get room I requested and was charged over $40 more than what my room cost... The desk clerk said she would investigate it even though I had a receipt.
