The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. However, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors through the wall.

The Hampton inn hotel has been great but the actual Shreveport airport in Louisiana is absolutely the worst airport in the world! Worst service, plane broke, had to wait in line a total of 5 1/2 hours! Just to get my carry on and rebook. Then got stuck for 3 days at the hotel... Thankfully that was covered! Because the hotel does not offer food... Only one restaurant by the gates and no outlets so my phone would have been dead guaranteed so wouldn't have been able to contact my ride or family to let them know what's going on with me.
