The plaza is a disgraceful bird shot soaked dump. The fountain they own is a filthy cesspool. I work across the street and it's sad. Also stop giving me anything but points as a survey reward. It's a real ripoff to be forced to pick a coupon for a place that's not even in my state

The outside block on 58th street is disgusting it stinks like trash and everything is dilapidated and filthy. The fountain area is coated in birdshit and impossible to sit in. Just covered. The plaza is a disgrace compared to what it used to be

The gentleman at the Tartine eatery in the food court provided slow service, was extremely rude, mistakenly overcharged me for an item I never ordered, and gave me attitude when I pointed out his error. Plus the raw juice sign was up and advertised only to learn that they weren't making the raw juice.
