Food sucked so bad

stayed for 4 nights - housekeeping did not clean the room 2 of those days. had to call guest services late at night for towels and fresh toiletries for the next day. and, NO, I did not leave the "do not disturb" sign on the door either time. then they said I didn't answer when they brought the requested items to the room - although I was sitting right there waiting so I could go to sleep after the delivery. they gave me a diet coke and some microwave popcorn for the inconvenience. woo hoo
