Most everyone at the front desk is nice. The valets and room service staff are fantastic. Also the cleaning staff is wonderful! I am still staying at the hotel for 2 more nights.

This location is beautiful! The history of the building is richly displayed and a point of attraction for any visitor to Roanoke.
