Staff was very courteous. No hot water for shower one day during our stay. Slightly noisy guest above at times. Facility experiencing renovation some areas unavailable

Extremely overpriced. Room was nice, security guy was extremely helpful as was the room service guy.

Very beautiful hotel

I really loved the staff at the hotel. The rooms are really big and spacious. The down side was the sound from the hall is terrible. The doors closing are very loud.

I would like the general manager to contact me about my stay. I am a diamond Hilton Honors member (723124136). I've stayed at this property a number of times in the past. This last stay was quite disappointing.
