Kind of run down in bad neighborhood

had maintenance issues that were quickly addressed. parking a bit inconvenient but had off duty police as security at 2 am which was great. overall a good experience.

Didn't feel safe in the neighborhood. Tablecloths used for meeting had grease and hair on them. Lunch food was not tasteful
