They should offer alignment services but other than great transaction. Wish I didn't have to go to a different tire store for the alignment.

There was a long wait. I waited 30 minutes and had to go but I didn't have an appointment .

Was told 40 minute wait time, had to wait 2 hours for a simple rotation with no explanation, updates, apology or 'thank you for waiting.'. Aside from wait time, service was good.

They do not open the doors until 8:01am under any circumstances whatsoever. They really need to have better hours for the working folk. Hours (and Sundays off) don't allow for people to get tires serviced.
