Good product

Long line, one person initially working front desk who spent the majority of the time flirting with the customer, then proceeded to having a social conversation with the next customer. Finally 2 more people came out to help but the person who helped me really wasn't interested in helping. Said I didn't need the service I went for. The person I spoke with the day earlier said I was due for tire balance but the guy at the store said no. I spent a good half hour at the store waiting and that's that I had made an appointment. Very disappointing
