Customer service guy was so rude. He acted as if was our fault about the tire being flat, whenever they had just checked it 5 days before and said it was perfect. He acted as if there was a 0% margin for error, and all of his guys had never made a mistake. We bought the tire, because the car wasn't going anywhere. I've bought crappy tires from this place before. You buy a warranty, but when the tire is messed up... You still pay a percentage to have it replaced. It sucks that this is the closest place to the house, and when you've got a flat... You have to do something
