Hands down the worst management of a best western inn that I have ever been to. The whole atmosphere was drab. The staff was awful and totally disinterested. The wifi never worked. Breakfast was like cardboard and even that was unavailable on certain days. The light on the bathroom leaked and flooded the bathroom twice and yet the staff was hesitant to give us a replacement room. Worse, it dos not offer any incentive to makeup for this inconvenience. Insult to this injury was when I was informed that this is not a motel but a luxury suite!!!!! The noise from adjoining room was also unbearable and showed how poorly built the place is. The only reason it can stay in business is because of its proximity to DC.

Only king room available when I checked in was a handicap room. Shower was horrible. Took 10 minutes to warm up. Stains on chairs & door wouldn't close behind you. Bar staff was friendly but one lady would roll her eyes at customers if she didn't like something they did.
