Executive selection was a bit thin today. Checkout line was a little slow. Other than that, OK experience.

It turns out the policy changed on renting a vehicle. Before you can lay a credit card down and hold the account. Now you must have the funds before you purchase the rental. So I had no other option buy to catch a ride with someone else. I had the worst thanksgiving ever

Employees were not helpful at all and acted like I was intruding on their cell phone time. No one helped me to a car. I was told "over there" is where I had to go and when I went and found there were no cars in the class I specified, it took another long while before anyone would help me. This was the worst experience!
