There was nothing that differentiated the service we received from Payless to any other car rental place we've booked with before. This was the cheapest at this time that is why we went with them.

tried to get a car with a reservation for one day, asked about adding a couple days and the daily rate goes double over the original rate. we did not rent the vehicle we had reserved
