Rude staff and overpriced

Initial pick up service sucked to put ?it mildly. Car was dirty on the outside and inside was awful . Rude people who attempted to overcharge us. Horrible service. Good manager tho.

Worst service of any company in the service industry!!!

this is my second time renting from payless and they added additional fees on my bill to bump up their $$$$! will never use them again

Poor service Large deposit $550 for $175 car not told when reserved

We chose this facility because of a great online price that was offered. After waiting in line for approximately an hour, we were told we were not permitted to use our own personal auto insurance in the state of Florida, when renting a car. We were then told that we had to purchase ins and it was a requirement. This caused our original price to almost double! upon inspecting the car, we took the opportunity to call our own insurance – statefarm. State Farm told us that our personal insurance covers us with rental cars (as it has in the past). At this time we went in and spoke with the manager. The manager assured us that the insurance was optional, and was not mandatory. The manager eventually refunded the cost of the insurance. However, this was an extremely time-consuming and unnecessary event.
