The floor was covered with all kinds sticky stuff and water. Was out of large cups. Just messy. Brought a friend with me to show off ur store and she couldnt get over the yucky floor. Let alone there was a hole in the small cup she got.

The attendant diogenes was reading a magazine at the counter. I stood there 2-3 minutes to check out. There was no one else in the store. We finally cleared our throats so he might look up. He acted all put out because we were there. I just thought it was terribly rude and i do try to avoid the times he works. Hes ALWAYS rude. Someone in the parking lot opened my door on my car and was trying to get in when my roommate ran outside to get him. He jumped in a red jeep with a utes sticker on the back and took off waving. We asked to see the video and he refused. He said come back later in the afternoon because gina the manager would be there to request the video. We went back by 445 and gina was not scheduled, sarah was. How can this guy get away with his attitude and lies and still work in customer service of any kind.

The attendant didn't greet me, she charged me for ice in MY own cup and overcharged me on it. I was getting myself a fountain soda she didn't tell me she was changing out the syrup so I ended up with a disgusting drink. Was like I was bothering her when I was coming up to pay. Was out of the store "cleaning" the oil and would not come in to help.customers.

I came on Tran #8807-20170422-1-2-6 and prepaid for $15. I was only able to get $13.46 in the tank. Went back inside and rude attendant Ana Rosa told me it would be charged back to card. However in fact, I was charged again for another $13.46 besides the $15 I was already charged. I came in on Saturday the 6th and talked to Gina and was told I would be called back that day by Brad. I has not. I need to get the $15 reversed and given back to me ASAP
