not all the gas pumps worked

It was just another common gas station, nothing above and beyond that captivated my eye. However the cleanliness of the establishment was above average.

One of the two entrances, the one on the side of the store on which we were obtaining fuel, was locked. Being disabled, it was very inconvenient to walk to the other side of the store to enter to purchase products. I was told it was more convenient for the attendant, as she was the only one working, to perform outside maintenance, if one of the entrances was locked. I asked about the convenience of the customers, particularly those who are handicapped or elderly, but her answer was that she was instructed to do so by management.
