Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando-International Drive/Convention Center

The room doesn't have a save box and the amenities are too poor and the wifi too slow The breakfast was good and the staff excellent.

The atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant. My room had a few issues but they were taken care of quickly. The food at the hotel could have been better. It was cold during our lunch breaks.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The breakfast was extremely nasty and disgusting, the property was old and needed renovation really bad. The staff is not properly trained especially front desk. Based on my several years of traveling, this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I had an issue and consulted management and the assistant general manager was rude and not accommodating at all. I would never recommend this property to anyone. I checked out before my original check out date because of the horrible service that was given. I'm definitely going to let people know not to stay at this property because of my terrible experience. This property needs an intervention. Very poor and lousy.
