Upon arrival they had my reservation payment messed up. The girl felt extremely bad about this. I had booked through a third party which id assume happens often and both the third party and hotel charged me after the hotel couldn't figure it out. Front desk also told me breakfast was served until 11a only for it to be served until 930 and us missing breakfast.
