If you want to IMPROVE your customer service, you should tell all dealers to "check their attitudes" at the door; some are REALLY friendly & some are just downright unfriendly! You NEED to INCREASE the number of cocktail waitresses you have...not just on the weekend, but throughout the week! You should play music on the weeknights...not necessarily a live band...just some music!!!!
