Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon!! We have a family membership so we try to go every few weeks. Our daughter LOVES Daisy and we enjoy visiting our favorite exhibits. The past few times we've gone we have found new things all around the children's wing (different blocks, updated exhibits) and it's fun to see what is different! We went to the planetarium and it was a good show. Our daughter really enjoyed it-mom and dad might have taken a little cat nap. We also visited the caboose outside and perused the gift shop. All in all, a great afternoon at the museum!

Overall a good experience. Art galleries nice and clean. The kids area was run down. Needs work. Some of the activities did not work right or at all. The animal area smelled worse than I thought and the aquariums needed cleaning. By NO means was this a bad experience.. lobby, art exhibits and store very clean and nice. The other areas look like they need TLC.

It is very poorly maintained. There were exhibits that simply don't work anymore, and there was a general feeling of neglect. The planetarium exhibit was very good, though.
