You forgot to check an issue that I asked you to check on. I had to go back in to have you check it after I had waited. Not a big deal for me but you might want to tighten that up.

Discount would not balance our tires because they were older than 10 years. So they let us drive off with unbalanced wheels with our 14 month old instead of making them safer and balancing them.
