We recently purchased an $850 set of tires. On Monday we took our car in because we were going on a long road trip and the tire warning light had come on and one of the tires was 6lbs lower than the others. They checked and adjusted the tire pressure and sent us on our way. The warning light came on again this morning - same tire, same problem. We went back, explained the issue and upon closer examination they found a screw in the tire. I would feel better and be more positive if they had discovered this on our first visit, but am thankful we did not have any issues on our trip.

We went to discount tire to get service on a tire that we purchased 6 months ago. It keeps losing air pressure. The wait time was 2.5hrs so we had them air it up and we made an appointment to go back the next day.
