Discount Tire

Went in their to repair a tire and they sold me two tires but didn't prorate my 60,000 mile tire that's were on their so I had to go back so they could fix their mistake. Got a refund but the bank can't process it because it hasn't processed on their end so they money is just hanging out. Then they wanted me to pay $190 but last time I got it prorated it was $199 for all four! So since bank didn't process my card they have a hold on it and should process within 48 hours. Now I'm out the 318 they refunded because they had to do a whole other purchase and I had to pay another $140!!! Not my fault they didn't ring it up correctly or could just give me back the difference.
