I love the fact the put air in my tires and check them for free.

I went in for a simple rotation and balance along with airing up a tire a little, and I had to wait over two hours in the store. I did not have an appointment but it wasn't even crowded. I never saw my car go k to the garage and after 2 hours my name/car wasn't even called out when it was ready. After waiting 2 hours, and seeing MANY customers get out before me for the same service I walked up to the counter and before I could say anything the employee just handed me my keys and says nothing. So I go out to my car to discover that it is in the same parking spot and my tire still shows low tire pressure. So I go back in and tell someone, and he takes my car and pulls it to the front door and tells me some useless info about my TPMS sensor needs about a day to recalibrate... Well it's 2 days later and my tire is still flat. I feel like my car didn't receive any service that day.
