It was alright

Wonderful exhibitions. Staff however for the most part were very rude and non helpful with general questions. I was very unhappy with the way I was answered as to where I entered the cafeteria. Her response was " it's quite obvious" if it was I wouldn't have asked. German woman. Just a nasty individual.

The Met is a beautiful place with countless amazing pieces. However the staff was very rude and I felt unwanted and pressured to leave by the judging eyes of the staff. I got scolded twice for being "too close" to the statues when I wasn't touching them at all, merely looking at the marble detail. This left me with a bad vibe for the rest of my visit. If approached in a more pleasant way I would've probably stayed longer. Also the signage did not help me navigate and I found myself lost or not knowing how to get out of certain areas.

I really don't like this museum. Awful experience.

The bathrooms never have enough toilet paper and the soap machine never works on most of them. The place is overcrowded with screaming children which makes it hard to view the installations. The staff can be rude sometimes. I asked what price I should pay for admission and they just said $25. They could have been alittle friendlier with that. I think I'll visit another museum next time.
