DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown

The staff are friendly and restaurant is great. A lot of same people are here. It is convenient walk to my office and can get shuttle if needed. Breakfast is very good. They gladly hold my bags and arrange for a cab to airport. Only downside this time is they had no shampoo in room for 2 days and told me they ran out. Once it was in i got some.

Too expensive

This hotel is walking distance from the office I am visiting. Location is great for lots of outside options and offers a great dining in restaurant. I am a Hilton Honors member so that influences my choices. The breakfast is great. Would be nice to have an executive lounge option too.

Front desk girl during the day didn't have common sense. The guys at night were really friendly. The breakfast was lacking because the dinning area is being renovated. The valet was not quick. The rooms needed some TLC where there were cracks in the ceiling corners. The Internet was terrible.
