Great Hotel for family stay. Clean which is super important!! Need more towel racks because family of five with only one small towel rack means towels end up not being used more than once because can't dry.

The staff was amazing & very helpful with the conference I was working. They were very attentive to meeting our needs. The last night I was there, however, there was a dead cockroach in my room. I'm not sure how it got there, but I'm thankful it was dead & not alive. I know this is Arizona and they are everywhere, so this did not bring down regard for the hotel by any means.
