I absolutely love this zoo. It's a great day for my family and most important it's free!!! You can't beat that! Another great thing is that it's in Chicago, great location! I love it!

We had a fisheries and wildlife student visiting from out of state- we were all impressed with the beauty of the zoo, the uniqueness of the environments/exhibits, and friendly/professional staff! Really lovely destination - we will be back!

The staff were very friendly. The walking paths were clear of debris. The food was good. (I loved that I could actually get fresh veggies and some other healthy options instead of just junk food.) My only "complaint" would be that the polar bear/penguin exhibit was not open due to construction. Keep up the good work!
