The room we had was very nice. The decoration was beautiful and it felt comfortable. The problem we had was the heater not working. When I brought this to the attention to the manager she claimed they just switched the building from A/C to heat so my room should hear up soon. Long story short they ended up sending someone up to my room who went into the ceiling and claimed the he fixed it and should hear up in 30 minutes. Well it never did. And an after thought is the fact that it was 40 degrees so why would the A/C be on? I assume this was to get rid of me. Anyway my stay ended up being uncomfortable due to the freezing temper hre in our room.
