Really nice hotel off the strip

Nice hotel with very friendly staff.

I loved our stay. Our room was not cleaned or replenished the first day. Left a note for a TV listings and didnot receive one. Asked the desk for listing and toilet paper. Came within 10 minutes. Made me very happy. Next day it was cleaned quite well. AND ate dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. Fish was cooked perfectly. Burger was great. Grandson ate everything on his plate.

Embassy Suites is consistently the best value in the hospitality industry. Its popularity with the business travel set means it is particularly underbooked on weekends extending that value even further. A nice touch with this specific Embassy is the twin columns of lemon-infused ice cold waters in the lobby. A BIG negative is the the third floor bar's western exposure through a massive convex set of windows that renders about three quarters of the very limited seating virtually intolerable due to the searing sun during the nightly evening manager's reception from 5:30 - 7:30. Manager's receptions ought to be moved to the Fountain Grille area away from the sun instead. I'm willing to bet there would be an increase in total dinners sold as well.
