First time there, and I loved it.

The price was just ok considering you got a loaded card to play games with. There were almost no vegetarian options. I got the pasta with no chicken. The sauce was really thin and the noodles were overcooked to the point of falling apart on my dork. The drinks were good but a bit pricey. The waiter was also a bit pushy about telling us what to order and how much.

Alright bartenders really suck

Food was definitely sub-par. Didn't look fresh or taste fresh.

It was an average visit :-)

Staff was friendly

There were two bar tenders that was super nice and professional! Unfortunately me as my friends didn't have the privilege of having them serve us instead we had someone that was forgetful ( ordered food and after a lengthy period of time of waiting) I had to remind her to check on it. She didn't offer an apology of any sort. Also, she continued to serve drinks to one of my friends who didn't have any money and thought I would continue to pay for him. After the 1st drink I told the bar tenders he's on his own! She served him another drink and look for me for payment. I said to her I'm not paying for another drink for him!! She brought him one more drink and I refuse to pay. Also, she would stand right there and wait for me to pay as soon as she placed the drink on table. Highly disappointed and I doubt I'll ever patronize this establishment ever again or a least not the Ontario mills location.

So we sat down nearby bar at a table and waited for any type of service which never came...so we decided to move areas and then eventually got service 15 min later but the chick was rude who we asked if it was ok to sit where we sat then another 15 min later we were helped. Not very satisfied at all with customer service. Not even greeted when we walked through the entrance. Horrible place!
