Wasn't there to eat

Waited an hour to order drinks and appetizers!!! Then my boneless wings came bone in and had to b sent back!!! There were 4 of us and we only had 3 sets of silverware for 3/4 of the meal!! My broccoli was supposed to b extra steamed and was barely steamed at all!!! Overall I felt like we had been seated and forgotten about!!! Our waitress even said she had no idea we were even in her section cuz the hostess never told her that's why it took 30 minutes for her to acknowledge us then another 30 to take just our drink and app order!!! She finally took our food order after our apps came out about 35 minutes after ordered!!! Then entrees took another 35 to 45 minutes!!!! DEFINATELY NOT MY BEST EXPERIENCE AT DAVE AND BUSTER's!!!! Thinking of not going back cuz that made the second bad experience in a row!!! This one involved my kids when the first was only my husband and myself so I kinda overlooked it!!!! NOT AGAIN!???? My kids used to love to go there and now they're not sure they wanna go back!!!??

Waitress did not tell us about eat and play combo and we missed out on 1,000 free tickets.

Not our thing. Thought there would pool tables! Why was there only one pool table?!?! Felt like a grown ups Chuck E Cheese and we hate Chucky E Cheese. Some of the games were just giant versions of free apps on our phones. Just not our thing I guess.
