Stay was nice. The pool was extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast staff was phenomenal. The check in staff was mediocre.

I am a loyalty member. Was not treated as such but nit treated bad. When you only stay at certain placed you expect a certain treatment and that did not happen this time.
