This hotel saved my life! Recently, I experienced plumbing issues with my apartment complex and desperately needed a place to stay until the issue was resolved. I had no prior reservation however, the desk manager displayed EXCELLENT Costumer Service while securing a room for me. The Entire staff is amazing and the fact that the Hotel was Extremely clean was the bonus! I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn-Southwind for visiting in Memphis!
