I'm a regular customer at this shop, I've had a number of loans there and bought a guitar there as well. Ivan the manager is extremely friendly and helpful, as is the rest of his staff there: Josh, Jeff, Maggie, Marcia, Ben and Sharon (and a young fellow who I think his name is Paul). I would highly recommend the Lake City Cash America to anyone.

I had a item pulled because I came in a few days late they were able to find the item and then didnt have enough to reinstate the loan till I got paid a few days later I was devastated since this item belonged to my daughter who had recently passed away. When I explained my situation they held my item till I got paid.

Friendly service, easy process, and clean store is what keeps me coming back.
