She thanked me for my patience and took her time showing & informing me about the merchandise I wanted to purchase. She provided excellent service and product knowledge and allowed me to view all the items that I requested. I am pleased with my overall experience with your store, and impressed with the level of product knowledge, customer service and no pressure sales assistance I was offered from your Sales Rep. I love they service they were very nice

Wanted to look for a MacBook Pro. I didn't like the ones on the sales floor but that didn't stop them, they went to the back and showed me a verity of Mac book pros and I found the one I liked. I bargained a little with the pricing but we both got to a reasonable price and I was highly satisfied. I came before in the passed and this is a the reason I keep coming back cause of the great customer service.
