The hotel was nice. However the first night I was supposed to stay there, with family, and had reservations they stated they were all booked up and apologized for the mistake. I was furious. I not only previously planned this in advance, but also just got off of a late flight with my 6 yr. old nephew who was beyond exhausted and ready for bed. This hotel stated they would pay for us to stay our first night at a different nice hotel just down the street. This other hotel was over 15 miles away. The whole reason we were staying at the original hotel was so that we would be right across from Disneyland, as this is where we would venture the following day. Needless to say that was absolutely rediculous. We cam back for our second night and third night and the hotel was nice. but I still feel we were jipped extremely and should have gotten two free nights. Other than that the hotel and staff were nice.

Good clean rooms. Food service was really lacking, the restaurant was overpriced, had low quality breakfast, and was closed during the day.
