Tigers weren't available and neither was the polar bear exhibit. Poor penguins looked miserable! And the staff was rude!

Zoo was nice

There were hardly any animals out for viewing. The zoo is always under construction and you have to re route to see animals or there is a bunch of barricades to walk around. The Penguin exhibit the rave about is a sad 5 penguins in a little tank and you have to walk forever between animals or wait in a long line for the tram. Honestly the best part of my visit was the Elephant exhibit and that it was free today. We live 10 minuets from the zoo, but the kids would rather go to Akron, Columbus or Pittsburgh.

We were there for the Alzheimer's walk and there were hardly any animals to view on the walk I realize it was early but it wasn't a great experience

Was very disappointed with this zoo. Visiting from out of town and thought this zoo was more like an amusement park. Hardly any animals to see and tons of corporate marketing.

The tram line to go up to Primate building was so long that we waited 20 minutes only to give up and not even go up because we would not have had enough time to meet our group for departure. The trams took entirely too long to go back and forth and load time was ridiculous. There has to be a better system
