Hampton Inn & Suites Bakersfield North-Airport

plan to return to this hotel in about a week. Have usually had a great experience, but this trip the front desk has one woman who is not nice as a person. also, I called and requested housekeeping with plenty of time and she said she would send them and i told her i would wait for housekeeping to arrive before leaving, but they never came. I called the front desk again about 2 hours later and was told housekeeping just left. We had a lot of takeout trash, need towels etc so I was very disappointed with my last call to the front desk because I know she didn't bother to alert housekeeping we needed service. I hope she doesn't do this next weekend.

It's like a home away from home. Chris made me feel very welcome by offering me and my friends cookies and was happy to give us some milk too.
