I rent from this company about 1-2 times a month. Typically great selection of cars and employee will work with you on preference based on your car size selection. This time, no help"well we only have one car available" when I see around 100 cars all within the size I chose

I rented 4 cars over the last week and used Enterprise twice and another company the other two rentals and was disappointed both times at the customer service difference. Enterprise is our preferred rental car company from now on!
