Holiday Inn Express

Front desk was not friendly and showed poor customer service. The dinning staff and room staff were amazing and super attentive.

the staff is amazing! the manager cheryl is the best, upbeat and perky. the bathroom in my original room was dirty with used bottles still in the bathroom. the staff member in duty did change the room and said that the dirty bathroom was unacceptable. very pleasant and willing to please. I am satisfied with this stay.

Our travel plans were interrupted and it was not nice knowing we were going to have to spend a night away from home again. This was conveniently located just down the street from our Dr. appt.
