The receptionists on the phone both times I called were a little rude and short when answering my questions. There was a LINE for the elevator. I had never seen a line for the elevator in a hotel, and I've stayed in hotels for seminars and conventions before. It was quite irritating as we were staying there because it was across from my cousin's wedding venue. She booked a block, but all our rooms were on different floors! Some asked for conjoining rooms and were told yes, but when they arrived they couldn't give them the conjoining rooms. Also, not only were we denied early checkin, but our room wasn't even ready for 3 hours after our scheduled check in time. You can imagine how annoying this is when you're trying to get ready for a wedding and have to constantly check on when rooms are ready. The food at the waterfall (the groom and bride arranged for a brunch buffet) was DELICIOUS though. The bellboys and housekeeping were very nice also. Dislike- no complimentary internet. Considering that this is supposed to be one of the "nicer hotels", I was surprised at the $11 internet fee.

Not upholding Starwood standards very well. Looks good, but staff contradicts one another and follow through is poor. Have to ask every day for basic amenities to be replenished in the room, starting right after initial check in. Room is quiet and comfortable. Grab N Go staff is great. Front desk is staffed entirely by passive aggressive Millennials who take no responsibility and won't answer direct questions.
